This research paper intends to develop a logistics plan with the aim of implementing tools which will be partly responsible for the continuous improvement of the supply chain of KLAYART Company, located in Otavalo Canton from Imbabura province in Ecuador. The main backgrounds of the research design, the problematic situation, the aims, objectives, hypotheses, and the variable operationalization matrix are presented in this research. Three chapters outline this research paper which are: Chapter I which denotes the theoretical concepts, background, definitions, classification, importance and main trends of the logistics plan based on bibliographic data. Chapter II displays the methodological framework details of the design, the techniques and tools to be applied for the development of the logistics plan. In chapter III the analysis of the results, the developed logistics plan and the results of the investigation are shown. The investigation ends with the validation of the results through the Delphi method, thus drawing the conclusions and timely recommendations.
La presente investigación propone el desarrollo de un plan de logística con el objetivo de implementar herramientas que contribuyan con el mejoramiento continuo de la cadena de suministros de la empresa textil KLAYART del cantón Otavalo. En la actual investigación se presentan los antecedentes principales el diseño de la investigación, situación problemática, objetivos e hipótesis, matriz de operacionalización de variables, el documento consta de tres capítulos que son: El capítulo I el marco teórico; hace referencia a los conceptos teóricos, antecedentes, definiciones, clasificación e importancia y principales tendencias del plan de logística basado en datos bibliográficos. El capítulo II el marco metodológico; detalla el diseño las técnicas y herramientas a manejar para el desarrollo del plan de logística. El capítulo III el análisis de resultados; se muestra desarrollado el plan de logística y los resultados de la investigación. La investigación finaliza con la validación de los resultados a través del método de expertos, dando así las conclusiones y recomendaciones oportunas.
