Estrategias metodológicas para docentes en la prevención y resolución de conflictos en adolescentes

Los conflictos son aspectos considerados como faltas graves en los espacios educativos, es por tal razón que el Colegio María de Nazaret ha sido el escenario primordial para poder realizar el actual proyecto de investigación, de allí surge el deseo de analizar y determinar el impacto que aflora en los docentes las estrategias metodológicas, es comprender qué estrategias están o no implementadas en el quehacer docente, aquello nos obliga a interpretar cada uno de los procedimientos que ejecutan los educadores en sus clases además de los argumentos que han sido compartidos sobre la problemática en cuestión, es también conocer cómo es la actuación y gestión de los estudiantes adolescentes cuando experimentan algún tipo de conflicto. Entonces para entender el comportamiento de los conflictos en dichos protagonistas que conforman la educación se ha tomado en cuenta el empleo de entrevistas, de tipo semi – estructurada, como fuente generadora de información verídica, es decir, dicha información es validada por el personal docente de Bachillerato de la institución educativa; en la entrevista se destacan parámetros que han sido divididos en: categorías, subcategorías y estructuración de interrogantes con sus respectivos resultados. En cuanto a los resultados producidos se obtuvieron apreciaciones de diferente índole pero que están en concordancia con la realidad del establecimiento educativo, así mismo se ha sustentado este trabajo con la percepción personal de la autora de la presente investigación mediante conversatorios con la directora del plantel educativo, el Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil y el área docente del Bachillerato.
The conflicts are aspects considered as serious faults in educational spaces, it is for this reason that the María de Nazaret School has been the primary scenario to be able to carry out the current research project, from there arises the desire to analyze and determine the impact that emerges In teachers, methodological strategies is to understand what strategies are or are not implemented in the teaching task, which forces us to interpret each of the procedures that educators carry out in their classes, in addition to the arguments that have been shared about the problem in question. It is also to know how adolescent students act and manage when they experience some type of conflict. So, to understand the behavior of conflicts in these protagonists that make up education, the use of semi-structured interviews has been taken into account, as a source of true information, that is, said information is validated by the teaching staff of Baccalaureate of the educational institution; The interview highlights parameters that have been divided into: categories, subcategories and structuring of questions with their respective results. Regarding the results produced, appreciations of different kinds were obtained but that are in accordance with the reality of the educational establishment, likewise this work has been soporte with the personal perception of the author of the present investigation through conversations with the director of the educational establishment, the Department of Student Counseling and the teaching area of the Baccalaureate.
