Las relaciones familiares y la importancia en el desarrollo de la personalidad en adolescentes de 14 a 17 años en el periodo 2022-2023

Este estudio aborda la temática de las familias con hijos adolescentes, las relaciones que se establecen y el desarrollo de la personalidad, considerando que es un aspecto de intrés significativo para el campo de la psicología y la educación. Para ejecutar las acciones investigativas se planteó el objetivo de identificar la importancia de las relaciones sobre el desarrollo de la personalidad en niños y adolescentes. Se estableció una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo obteniendo datos que se analizaron y se interpretaron para comprender en esencia el objeto de estudio y el comportamiento de las variables en el contexto seleccionado. Fue un estudio cuasi experimental, bibliográfico y descriptivo fundamentado en el método de la investigación bibliográfica, que dio inicio a la profundización de las concepciones más significativas de la adolescencia en el ámbito psicológico y social y la importancia del proceso de relaciones que se gestan con las familias y especialmente con los progenitores. Se selecciono una muestra de 20 adolescentes entre 14 y 17 años, se aplicó un cuestionario (índice de confiabilidad 0,745) para obtener los datos que se organizaron, tabularon y derivaron en gráficos estadisticos expresando porcentajes de cada ítem. Los resultados indicaron que en efecto las relaciones familiares, la crianza y los nexos afectivos influyen en el desarrollo de la personalidad de los hijos, lo que fue reconocido por los progenitores y los adolescentes participantes. Finalmente se generó un aprendizaje personal y colectivo en cuanto al conocimiento aportado por el estudio que impactó a todos los sujetos que intervinieron en el proceso de investigación.
This study addressed the issue of families with adolescent children, the relationships that are established and the development of personality, considering that it is an aspect of significant interest for the field of psychology and education. To carry out the investigative actions, the objective was to determine the influence of the first variable, family relationships, on the second variable, personality development in children and adolescents. A quantitative approach methodology was established, obtaining data that was analyzed and interpreted to understand the essence of the object of study and the behavior of the variables in the selected context. It was a non-experimental, bibliographical and descriptive study based on the action research method, which gave rise to the deepening of the most significant conceptions of adolescence in the psychological and social field and the importance of the process of relationships that are developed with the families and especially with parents. A sample of 20 adolescents between 14 and 17 years old was chosen, a quantitative instrument in questionnaire (index reliability 0,745) format was applied to obtain the data that was organized, tabulated and derived the graphs statistics expressing percentages of each item. The results indicated that indeed family relationships, upbringing and affective ties influence the development of the personality of the children, which was recognized by the participating parents and adolescents. Finally, personal and collective learning was generated in terms of the knowledge provided by the study that impacted all the subjects who participated in research process.
