Description: This document provides a response to the requirement of the textile industry for process improvement and optimization of time in making garments. To respond to the request made by the textile industry it is necessary that different areas of engineering are integrated, as is the case of mechanics and automation, it can be designed with a paver machine and cutting fabric, the same that develops then, from the pre-design phase to actual construction. The machine went through different stages from the investigation of similar machines worldwide, sketch it, prototype design and final construction, each stage has been described and justified.
El presente documento presenta una respuesta al requerimiento de la industria textil para la mejora de procesos y optimización del tiempo en la fabricación de sus prendas. Para responder al requerimiento hecho por la industria textil es necesario que diferentes áreas de la ingeniería se integren, tal es el caso de la mecánica y la automatización, con ello se podrá diseñar una máquina extendedora y cortadora de tela, la misma que se desarrolla a continuación, desde la etapa de pre-diseño hasta la construcción propiamente dicha. La máquina pasó por diferentes etapas desde la investigación de máquinas similares a nivel mundial, bosquejo de la misma, diseño de prototipos y construcción final, cada etapa ha sido descrita y justificada.
