Description: "Flexible Housing at north Quito," is a project that begins with the investigation of the different stages of growth a house can has and its adaptability to the environment. Also the location and implementation are important to improve their performance, so they can integrate different areas according to the lifestyle of the people who inhabit them. It is important to understand which segment of the population will be targeted this house and its transformation over time as needs arise. This project generates an impact analysis on the spatial flexibility of housing to the proper functioning with the implementation of different types of design in the same space.
“Vivienda Flexible al norte de Quito”, es un proyecto en el cual se empieza con la investigación de las diferentes etapas de crecimiento que puede tener una vivienda y su adaptabilidad hacia el entorno. También la ubicación e implantación son importantes para mejorar su funcionamiento y así poder integrar diferentes espacios en función al estilo de vida de las personas que las habitan. Es importante comprender a qué sector de la población va dirigida esta vivienda y posible su transformación a través del tiempo según las necesidades que se presenten. Este proyecto genera un análisis de impacto sobre la flexibilidad espacial de las viviendas ante el adecuado funcionamiento con la implementación de diferentes tipologías de diseño en un mismo espacio
