Este proyecto surge a partir del entendimiento de la Arquitectura como herramienta de diálogo entre pasado y presente. El lote a intervenir se encuentra ubicado en el centro histórico del Valle de Tumbaco. Este sector conserva su calidad de barrio. La historia data que el lote a intervenir fue el primero donado para la conformación del pueblo, donde se construyó la Iglesia Primitiva.
