Producción y comercialización de trucha "arco iris" (Onchorhycchus mykiss) para exportación

Description: The present project will be carried in the farmer "Arroyo del Río” located in the parish of Cosanga, canton Quijos that presents appropriate environmental conditions (so much for the quality of the water like for its readiness and ecological characteristic agriculture of the region) for an appropriate handling in the production and exploitation of the rainbow trout. The breeding of the Arch Iris trout for the easiness of their adaptation, its resistance to illnesses and its quick growth, is an activity that doesn't require of high investment and that, as few, it allows the production of a food of high nutritional value in little time.
El presente proyecto se lo realizará en la Hacienda “ Arroyo del Río” situada en la parroquia de Cosanga, cantón Quijos, que presenta condiciones ambientales apropiadas ( tanto por la calidad del agua como por su disponibilidad y características agro ecológicas de la región ) para un adecuado manejo en la producción y explotación de la trucha arco iris. La cría de trucha Arco Iris por la facilidad de su adaptación, su resistencia a enfermedades y su rápido crecimiento, es una actividad que no requiere de elevada inversión y que, como pocas, permite la producción de un alimento de alto valor nutricional en poco tiempo.
