Infraestructura vial en desuso rehabilitación del puente del Chiche : Centro Floral Bailey

The proposal consists of two program branches: the first is to promote tourism in place by two new circuits in the path of Chaquiñán, uniting it with the Bailey bridge and the old stone bridge; and generate an extreme sports center and restaurants that take advantage there. The second branch is the enhancement of floriculture in the region through a market, a business center and specialized training for professionals in the field of flowers. The program is located on Bailey bridge by means of a Vierendeel truss habitable buildings connected to two located on either side of the bridge whose structure, as the bridge is of steel, a total area of 14,032, 72 m2. On the other hand, it is noteworthy that although it has not clear whether the current supports of the bridge will be sufficient to withstand the added structure due to its extensive and complicated structural calculations, it has been proposed, for safety, two new support to the bridge and structural reinforcement of the bridge beam current based on similar cases rehabilitation metal bridges in order to control deflection and allow habitation structure.
La propuesta consiste en dos ramas programáticas: la primera es promover el turismo en el lugar por medio de dos nuevos circuitos en la ruta del chaquiñán, uniendo a éste con el puente Bailey y con el viejo puente de piedra; así como generar un centro de deportes extremos y restaurantes que aprovechen el lugar. La segunda rama es el realce de la floricultura en la región a través de un mercado, un centro de negocios y capacitación para profesionales especializados en el área de las flores. El programa está situado sobre el puente Bailey por medio de una cercha Vierendeel habitable, conectada a dos edificios ubicados uno a cada lado del puente -cuya estructura, al igual que la del puente, es de acero-, suman un área total de 14.032,72 m2. Por otro lado, es importante mencionar que aunque no se ha podido precisar si los apoyos actuales del puente serán suficientes para soportar la estructura añadida debido a sus extensos y complicados cálculos estructurales, se ha propuesto, por seguridad, dos nuevos apoyos al puente así como un refuerzo estructural de las vigas actuales del puente, basándose en casos similares de rehabilitación de puentes metálicos con el propósito de controlar las deflexiones y permitir la habitabilidad de la estructura.
