Description: The following Project parts from the research about the “Parque Bicentenario Project” in Quito and how to generate practical equipment for it. That’s how according to this analysis, I propose a Contemporary Art Cultural Center to begin the activation of the north part of the city, with a communitarian program that works all year long. This project opens up for all the city allowing the fomentation of culture and art of the citizens whom are always evolving and changing according to the surroundings where they live.
El siguiente proyecto parte de la investigación del proyecto para el Parque Bicentenario de Quito y cómo generar equipamientos con programas complementarios al mismo. Es así como atreves de este análisis se propone un Centro Cultural de Arte Contemporáneo para comenzar a activar la parte norte de la capital, con un programa comunitario que funcione durante todo el año. Este proyecto se abre a toda la ciudad permitiendo fomentar la cultura y el arte de los ciudadanos que siempre están evolucionando y cambiando según el entorno en que se encuentran.
