Diseño y construcción de una máquina embaladora semiautomática para Plastex S.A.

Description: Plastex S.A. is a company dedicated to produce all kinds of pieces of polystyrene and polyurethane. In an effort to better serve their customers and to protect their products, to reach their destination, they have implemented a packaging area. The production is packed by hand, which means a waste of time and material. It is for this that the company requires a semi-automatic packaging machine that reduces the losses and be able to wrap the maximum amount of products. This project shows the process of designing and building such a machine.
Plastex S.A. es una empresa dedicada a la producción de toda clase de piezas en poliestireno y poliuretano. Con el afán de servir mejor a sus clientes y precautelar el buen estado de sus productos al llegar a su lugar de destino ha implementado un área de empaque. En dicha área se embala la producción a mano, lo cual significa un desperdicio de tiempo y material. Es por lo anterior que la compañía requiere de una máquina embaladora semiautomática que reduzca las pérdidas y que sea capaz de envolver la máxima cantidad de productos en el menor tiempo posible. El presente proyecto muestra el proceso de diseño y construcción de dicha máquina.
