Description

This project named “Five Stars Resort-Hotel” is the study of the geography of Quito and the Valleys of Cumbayá, Tumbaco and Puembo as well as of their tourist attractions that have made them an inevitable destiny for people that visits Ecuador. On the other hand, it studies the different ways of building with the land in order to design a building that is part of the land, that unfolds it, promising to lay a new ground on which we can erect an architecture of the land. After this study, the purpose is to design a Five Stars Hotel located nearby Miravalle, the same that looks forward to work with the land in order to create a new space with excellent conditions for living, allowing the tourists to introduce themselves into the Historic city of Quito through nature and surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
Este proyecto denominado “Hotel Resort-Cinco estrellas” es el estudio de las condiciones geográficas de Quito y los valles de Cumbayá, Tumbaco y Puembo así como de sus atractivos turísticos que han hecho de estos un destino ineludible para los turistas que visitan el Ecuador. Por otro lado, se estudian las distintas maneras de aproximarse a la topografía para de este modo diseñar una arquitectura que se base en la lectura de la tierra donde sus raíces prácticas aparecen en hacer que la misma tenga excelentes condiciones para ser habitada. Posteriormente se desarrolla un hotel cinco estrellas en el sector de Miravalle, el mismo que busca dialogar armoniosamente con la topografía y que además da al turista la posibilidad de introducirse en una histórica ciudad como es Quito a través de la naturaleza y rodeado de un hermosos paisaje.
