Residencia Estudiantil y Eje Verde en Altura

Description: The street. The emergence of the theme comes from the idea of the extension of the street, a green axis within the city, which is conjugated with the program and the project. The project starts with a typological tower-platform approach, which emphasizes the horizontality of Veintimilla Avenue (platform) and verticality on Amazonas Avenue (tower). The student equipment of Av. Veintimilla is related to the program that is proposed, a Student Residence. To achieve this, it is proposed to implant the project in an idea of linear city which is composed by the green axis that is the Av. Amazonas which enters the project and finishes in a tower of residential typology.
La calle. El surgimiento del tema viene de la idea de la prolongación de la calle, un eje verde dentro de la ciudad, la cual se conjuga con el programa y el proyecto. El proyecto parte de una aproximación tipológica torre-plataforma, la cual hace énfasis a la horizontalidad de la Avenida Veintimilla (plataforma) y la verticalidad en la Avenida Amazonas (torre). El equipamiento estudiantil de la Av. Veintimilla hace relación con el programa que se plantea, una Residencia Estudiantil. Para lograr esto se propone implantar al proyecto en una idea de ciudad lineal la cual se compone por el eje verde que es la Av. Amazonas la cual ingresa al proyecto y remata en una torre de tipología residencial.
