In the following thesis project, I propose a hotel boutique located in the Center for Contemporary Art called “ El Bicentenario” in the city of Quito, Ecuador. At the present time, this location is used for different cultural expositions of both local and international. Within my proposal is to maintain the use and importance that is given for this cultural area, but at the same time innovate it with a top luxury hotel boutique. My purpose of this is to present a distinctive hotel boutique compared to the ones that already exist in the area, where guests will not only experience an enjoyable and satisfying stay, but at the same time involve in the magic of the cultural activities nearby; such as theatrical, art expositions and dance presentations aside from recreational activities that are part of the hotel. On the other hand, being a boutique hotel, the design and planning of the hotel will be fully designed in the satisfaction and comfort of clients and guests based on luxury modern design.
En el siguiente proyecto de tesis planteo un hotel boutique en el en el Centro de Arte Contemporáneo El Bicentenario, en la ciudad de Quito. Actualmente este lugar se utiliza para realizar diferentes exposiciones culturales tanto nacionales como internacionales. Dentro de mi propuesta es mantener el uso que se le da de centro cultural a este lugar pero a la vez crear un hotel boutique de lujo. De esta forma quiero crear un hotel boutique diferente a los existentes en la ciudad, en donde los huéspedes aparte de hospedarse, puedan tener a su alcance diferentes actividades culturales como: teatro, exposiciones, presentaciones, y galerías aparte de las áreas recreativas que hay en un hotel. Por otro lado, al ser un hotel boutique, el diseño y la planificación del hotel serán plenamente pensados en la satisfacción y comodidad de los clientes y huéspedes a base de un diseño moderno lujoso. En el Centro de Arte Contemporáneo El Bicentenario, en la ciudad de Quito. Actualmente este lugar se utiliza para realizar diferentes exposiciones culturales tanto nacionales como internacionales. Por otro lado, al ser un hotel boutique, el diseño y la planificación del hotel serán plenamente pensados en la satisfacción y comodidad de los clientes y huéspedes a base de un diseño moderno lujoso.
