This social housing project called, “ social housing” is the study of the organization of Quito through the times, and its uncontrollable growth into the suburbs, where there are rough terrain and winding by the strong topography of ravines. The main purpose is the corresponding study of topography on the slopes of the city, we will analyze how likely it is to create architecture living in them and study urban heterogeneity, leading to confusion within the limits of the rural population and their internal borders, through the maximum expansion that each city can achieve. On the other hand considering the levels of population growth and to control invasions in danger zones, housing models propose typologies to explore minimum, adapted to the context and topography. We should also note that the project must involve studies of environmental conditioning on the slopes, in order to determine the offerings of the environment for the inhabitants thereof, and to ensure their quality of life and property. Finally, we propose different types of housing affordable to low in the population growth in the sector, improving public spaces, routes, infrastructure, accessibility and social security.
Este proyecto denominado vivienda social , es el estudio de la organización de la ciudad de Quito y su incontrolable crecimiento hacia las periferias, lugares donde existen terrenos irregulares y sinuosos por la fuerte topografía de sus quebradas. Propondremos, el respectivo estudio de topografía en las laderas de la ciudad, analizaremos qué tan posible es crear arquitectura habitable en ellas y estudiaremos la heterogeneidad urbana, que genera confusión en los límites de la población rural y sus fronteras interiores, a través de la máxima expansión que cada ciudad puede alcanzar. Por otro lado considerando los niveles de crecimiento de la población y con el fin de controlar las invasiones dentro de zonas de peligro, propondremos modelos de vivienda que exploren tipologías mínimas, que se adapten al contexto y a la topografía del lugar. Además debemos tomar en cuenta que el proyecto debe involucrar los estudios de acondicionamiento ambiental de las laderas, con el fin de determinar los ofrecimientos del entorno para el habitante de la misma, y asegurar su calidad de vida y propiedad. Finalmente proponemos diferentes tipologías de vivienda mínima en crecimiento accesibles para los habitantes del sector, mejorando el espacio público, recorridos, infraestructura, accesibilidad y seguridad social.
