It is thought develop a Hotel and Convention Center in Cumbaya by the importance of this type of equipment, which increasingly is becoming vital, by the development of the valley as well as by the construction of the new airport in Tababela that is going to have a huge impact on the social level, economic and mobility within the different valleys near the new airport. Cumbaya does not have hotels of quality, there is no type of convention center that meets the needs of the people, and in response to some statistics that show that tourism is the third biggest source of income of the country, and that 80% of foreigners entering the country do so for conventions and business, this gives us a guideline for proposing a project that meets these conditions. Finally, we apply the theme of artificial architecture, which can be summed up in the fact that the project turns into soil and the soil in project, where this is to confuse within its context, respecting the conditions of the terrain, environment, and of the people.
Se piensa desarrollar un Hotel y un Centro de Convenciones en Cumbaya por la importancia de este tipo de equipamiento, que cada vez mas está aumentando, por el desarrollo del valle así también como por la construcción del nuevo aeropuerto en Tababela que va a tener un gran impacto a nivel social, económico y de movilidad dentro de los diferentes valles próximos al nuevo aeropuerto. Cumbaya no dispone de hoteles de calidad, no existe ningún tipo de centro de convenciones que satisfaga las necesidades de la gente, y respondiendo a algunas estadísticas que marcan que el turismo es la tercera fuente de mayor ingreso del país, y que el 80% de extranjeros que ingresan al país lo hacen por convenciones y negocios, esto nos da una pauta para proponer un proyecto que responda a estas condiciones. Por último se aplicara el tema de la arquitectura artificial, que se puede resumir en el hecho que el proyecto se convierte en suelo y el suelo en proyecto, donde este se llega a confundir dentro de su contexto, respetando las condiciones del terreno, del medio ambiente, y de las personas.
