This thesis is a Digital Seguridad company's business plan, this offers solutions in security, personnel management, management of processes through the deployment of audio and video systems for security, this company has experience of almost a year and a half in the deployment of security systems; Its main concern is to become a unitary company to a limited liability company with several investor. The system of security cameras with audio is very high in demand by companies, this is the reason that the main strategy is partnering with companies that provide internet service, in such a way that Digital Security standard will design a product that is adjusting to small changes and respond to all the needs of the client or you offer a specially designed system as required. This company is growing, as that will be migrating to new systems is for that reason and other analysis that our sales forecast for 2012 does not have to be at least $20,000 and in 2013 of 207,000 dollars.
Esta tesis es un plan de negocios de la empresa Seguridad Digital, esta ofrece soluciones en seguridad, gestión de personal, gestión de procesos por medio de la implementación de sistemas de audio y video de seguridad, esta empresa cuenta con experiencia de ya casi un año y medio en la implementación de sistemas de seguridad.; su principal preocupación es convertirse de una empresa unitaria a una compañía de responsabilidad limitada con varios inversionista El sistema de cámaras de seguridad con audio es muy demandado por empresas, este es el motivo de que la estrategia principal sea asociarse con compañías que brinden servicio de internet, de tal manera que Seguridad Digital diseñara un producto estándar que se ajuste a pequeñas modificaciones y responda a todas las necesidades del cliente o se ofrecerá un sistema especialmente diseñado según lo requiera. Esta empresa está creciendo al igual que va migrando a nuevos sistemas es por eso y por otros análisis que nuestro pronóstico de ventas para el 2012 no tiene que ser menos a 20.000 dólares y en el 2013 de 207.000 dólares.
