Today Greece is in an economic crisis, which began in 2004. This research discusses the various bailouts that Greece has received from the International Monetary Fund and the European Union. First the Greek crisis is explained in a general context and then what were the main causes of it. An explanation of how the first and the second bailout to Greece happened is then performed. Then a third rescue talks about a possible Greece in the near future is explained. Then an analysis in which we talk about what have been the consequences of each bailout of Greece to the population, the Greek government and the rest of the Eurozone. The analysis also includes several charts and tables where you can see the evolution in time of some economic factors that have been affected by the Greek crisis. Finally, conclusions and recommendations of the study were performed.
En la actualidad Grecia atraviesa una crisis económica la cual empezó en el año 2004. En esta investigación habla acerca de los diferentes rescates que ha recibido Grecia por parte del Fondo Monetario Internacional y la Unión Europea. Primero este papel explica la crisis griega en un contexto general y cuáles fueron sus principales causas. Luego se realiza una explicación acerca del primer y del segundo rescate a Grecia. Posteriormente se habla acerca de una posible necesidad de un tercer rescate a Grecia en un futuro cercano. Se realizó un análisis en el cual se discute acerca de cuáles han sido las consecuencias de cada rescate a Grecia tanto para la población, como para el gobierno griego y para el resto de la Eurozona. En el análisis se incluyen varios gráficos y tablas en las que se puede apreciar la evolución en el tiempo de algunos factores económicos que se han visto afectados por la crisis griega. Finalmente se realizaron las conclusiones y las recomendaciones del estudio.
