Diseños sanitarios sostenibles pra la Urbanización Estancia Real.

Description: This study involves the design of sanitary systems by means of the application of sustainable standards for the residential area of Estancia Real. The sanitary design contains a water supply system, a fire prevention system, and a sewage system, that which is connected to its primary waste water treatment plant. This study also attempts to expand upon the evaluation of environmental impact, the potential budget, and the calculation of the life cycle of CO2 emission of the PVC tubing for the sewage system. In addition, the implementation of solar thermal systems for the water supply system has been outlined for the homes within the residential area of Estancia Real.
Este trabajo comprende del diseño de sistemas sanitarios mediante la aplicación de criterios sostenibles para la urbanización Estancia Real. El diseño sanitario incluye el sistema de agua potable, sistema contra incendio y sistema de alcantarillado, el cual cuenta con su planta de tratamiento primario de aguas residuales urbanas. Se realizó también, la evaluación de impacto ambiental, el cálculo de emisiones de CO2 para el ciclo de vida y el presupuesto de la tubería de PVC a implementarse para el sistema de alcantarillado. Además, se planteó la implementación de sistemas solares termales para el sistema de agua potable de las viviendas de la urbanización Estancia Real.
