Description

The company Andino y Asociados dedicated some years to construction business is an Specialists of social home programs, after having executed a housing project in San Patricio's, Zone of Cumbaya with the name of Zaragoza I, this one took a good reception for the type of housing that they construct in this place, for that reason, they decides to realize the second housing project trying to support the same architecture concept. Ecuador has had an important growth supported from 2000 after the implementation of the new currency denomination names American dollar, from this mentioned monetary system has strengthened the principal economic variables. The income of the State has increased considerably as consequence of the petroleum exports, the remittances of the emigrants and the tax collection. Besides this, it is necessary to add the consolidation of the financial private system, the reduction of the index of obligations, the increase in the credit for the long-term housing and a major opening credit for the micro companies.
La empresa Andino y Asociados dedicada algunos años al negocio de la construcción en especial de vivienda, después de haber ejecutado un proyecto de vivienda en la Zona de San Patricio de Cumbaya con el nombre de Zaragoza I el cual tuvo una buena acogida por el tipo de vivienda que se construyo en este sitio, decide realizar el segundo conjunto habitacional tratando de mantener el mismo concepto de arquitectura. El Ecuador ha tenido un importante crecimiento sostenido a partir del 2000 tras la implementación de la dolarización, ya que dicho sistema monetario ha fortalecido las principales variables económicas. Los ingresos del Estado se han incrementado considerablemente como consecuencia de las exportaciones petroleras, las remesas de los emigrantes y la recaudación tributaria. A esto se le debe sumar la consolidación del sistema financiero privado, la reducción del índice de morosidad, el aumento en el crédito para la vivienda a largo plazo y una mayor apertura hacia el crédito para la micro empresa.
