Comprobar el grado de confiabilidad del análisis cefalométrico de Tatis realizado en radiografía panorámica para determinar el biotipo facial y clase esqueletal del paciente

Description: The aim of this study was to determine the degree of reliability of the Tatis Panoramic Radiograph Cephalometric Analysis has to determine the facial biotype and skeletal type of orthodontic patients. Materials and Methods: 100 cephalic and panoramic radiographs were used, on which the Ricketts and Tatis cephalometric analysis were performed through a computer software (Quick Ceph and ORTHOKINETOR PLUS) and the biotype results of facial and skeletal class obtained from both tests were analyzed and compared.
El objetivo de este estudio fue comprobar el grado de confiabilidad del análisis cefalométrico de Tatis de radiografía panorámica para determinar el biotipo facial y clase esqueletal del paciente ortodóntico. Materiales y Metodología: se usaron 100 radiografías cefálicas y panorámicas a las cuales se les realizo el análisis cefalométrico de Ricketts y de Tatis mediante los softwares computarizados (Quick Ceph y ORTHOKINETOR PLUS) y los resultados de biotipo facial y clase esqueletal obtenidos de ambos análisis se analizaron y compararon.
