Colocación de un implante con levantamiento de seno maxilar técnica trans alveolar o cerrada

The present work describes the technique of lifting or increase in the floor of the Maxillary Sinus, also called a Sinus Lift through the Flange Alveolar. Through the use of the method Osteotomos of Summer’s with which we improve bone tissue through compactation with these instruments, whose purpose is to place a suitable implant which give’s us good stability and a better primary fixation . The present case of a male patient of 68 year’s of age, with a decrease in height of the Flange Alveolar . Trough the use of neumatic instrument’s in the Maxillary Sinus bone to place an implant at the level of the upper left molar. An implant House Titanium Fix 3,7 x 11.5 mm internal hexagon applying without trauma to the Maxillary Sinus Floor trough the elevation technique. Using this technique we have the advantage of compacting the bone improve it and to avoid possible exposure of the implant, and with a low risk of damage to the membrane.
En el presente trabajo se describe la técnica de elevación o aumento del piso del seno maxilar o llamada también sinus lif a través del reborde alveolar, mediante el uso de osteótomos de Summers con lo cual mejoramos el tejido óseo resultado de la compactación de estos instrumentos, cuya finalidad es poder colocar un implante adecuado, que nos brinde una buena estabilidad y una mejor fijación primaria. Se presenta el caso de un paciente de sexo masculino de 69 años de edad, con disminución de altura ósea del reborde alveolar, debido a la neumatización del seno maxilar, a quien se le sometió a colocar a nivel de la zona molar superior izquierda un implante de la casa titanio fix de 3,7 x 11.5 mm de hexágono interno aplicando la técnica descrita de elevación a traumática del piso del seno maxilar. Utilizando esta técnica tenemos la ventaja de compactar el hueso y mejorarlo y evitar posibles fenestración del implante, y con bajo riesgo de lesionar la membrana.
