The main objectives of this research are to analyze and deepen the relevance of communication in today's society. Therefore it is essential to determine its origins and to analyze the evolution of communication that has developed over time. At first, it is very important to understand that communication is essential in human beings’ life. Communication is not only the message that has been sent out through words, but by interactions. That is why this study focuses on a better understanding of the influence of communication in all companies; it emphasizes the management of internal communication as a fundamental tool for the good image and reputation for enterprises.
La presente investigación tiene como objetivos principales analizar y profundizar la relevancia que tiene la comunicación en la sociedad actual; para ello es imprescindible determinar sus orígenes y analizar la evolución que se ha ido desarrollando con el paso del tiempo. Es muy importante en primer lugar comprender que la comunicación es fundamental en la vida de los seres humanos y que absolutamente todo emite mensajes, no precisamente a través de palabras, sino que toda interacción en los seres vivos, comunica. Es por esto que después de entender a profundidad a la comunicación como tal, este estudio se enfoca en comprender de mejor manera la relevancia que tiene la comunicación organizacional dentro de las empresas, se determinan aspectos interesantes sobre la influencia de la comunicación sobre estas; se destaca a la gestión de la comunicación interna como herramienta fundamental para la buena imagen y reputación.
