This Project has the goal of providing a nursery for Ambato, that meets the required standards for this type of service. The project begins with the exposition, hypothesis and objectives of the problem, through a market study, the demand, the requirements and preferences of the consumers will be determined in the technical study these will be used to decide the location, infrastructure size and total investment in the nursery. The capabilities of the personal required for each of the positions have been as well as the internal organization required to administer the center. The requirements demanded by the government in order to obtain the licenses to start working have been researched, as well as the laws that govern this type of activity. Through the elaboration of future financial reports, the financial evaluation was carried out and concluded that the project is feasible with the rates obtained. A short term return over investment before the end of the project exists. It will generate wealth for the shareholders and above all, provide Ambato with a nursery that will serve as a reference which parents will be able to use to make comparisons with other centers. They will be able to demand an excellent service and have the support of professionals in the care and development of their children in the pre-school phase.
El presente proyecto tiene la finalidad de proporcionar a la ciudad de Ambato un Centro de Estimulación Temprana que cumpla con los estándares requeridos para este tipo de servicio. El proyecto inicia con el planteamiento del problema, las hipótesis y los objetivos planteados. Mediante un estudio de mercado se determina la demanda existente y cuales son los requerimientos y preferencias de los consumidores, para posteriormente en el estudio técnico determinar la ubicación de la planta, la distribución, tamaño de las instalaciones y el monto total de la inversión. Se ha definido cual es el personal requerido y los perfiles que deben cumplir cada una de las personas para los diferentes puestos, así como las estructura necesaria para la administración del centro. Se ha investigado sobre los requisitos que exigen los organismos de control para otorgar los permisos de creación y funcionamiento, así como las leyes que rigen en este tipo de actividad. Con la elaboración de estados financieros pro forma se realizó la evaluación financiera concluyendo que el proyecto es viable en función de los índices obtenidos, existe retorno de inversión en un plazo menor al de la vida útil del proyecto, crea riqueza en el tiempo para sus accionistas, y sobre todo proporciona a la ciudad de Ambato de un centro que servirá de referencia para que los padres de familia califiquen a los centros existentes, exijan un servicio adecuado, sobre todo tengan el soporte de profesionales en el cuidado y desarrollo de sus hijos en la etapa preescolar.
