In a world increasingly competitive, it is necessary to make the right changes on the different organizations. These changes have to cause a positive effect on the people that form part of it. To achieve this goal, the members of the company have to be motivated and committed to the organization, so that success is a reality. That is the point, when motivation theory become part of the companies´ world; in which high-level-executives and managers make sure their staff is motivated to achieve the objectives established by the management. On this study about the motivation theory, especially focused to companies management, there are being analyzed the most important factors that motivate and influence the development of the members of the company. The mentioned study was focused on the development of daily workers and business-people in Quito.
En el escenario organizacional actual, con un mundo cada vez más competitivo, es necesario fomentar y realizar cambios adecuados al interior de las organizaciones, los mismos que tengan un efecto positivo y eficiente con sus integrantes. Es necesario tener al personal motivado y comprometido, para que los cambios hacia el éxito de las compañías, sean factibles. Es en ese momento, cuando la teoría de la motivación forma parte del mundo de las empresas, en donde los altos ejecutivos y gerentes buscan que su personal este motivado para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos por la gerencia. Este es un estudio de la teoría de motivación, la cual es aplicada directamente a las empresas, donde se analizan los factores que pueden influir al momento de motivar al personal de una organización. Dicho estudio se focaliza en la ciudad de Quito y en personas que desarrollan su actividad laboral en dicha ciudad.
