Description

The real state project “Conjunto Habitacional Santaluz” is conformed by 19 houses. Its location, 20 minutes southeast from Quito’s downtown, at Conocoto Valley brings a great benefit to the costumer. This zone has several avenues access, complete services, and great weather. These characteristics make this area show up like a privileged place for many; people value the opportunity to live in a house between nature plus more near the city. Grupo Baluarte has promoted similar projects in the area for the last 5 years. The constant growing demand for living units in this area has turn out to be a good opportunity for us to keep developing projects around. Experience and deep research market studies has given us a great understanding of costumer needs which are reflected in the characteristics of the house and the project. The project is competitive compared to projects in the same area. The financial analysis shows that the project turns out on revenues for the investors. The project has been analyzed deeply trough out this business plan and it results to be a viable and attractive project.
Santaluz es un conjunto residencial de 19 casas ubicado en el Valle de los Chillos, a 20 minutos del intercambiador “El Trébol” que conecta el norte y sur de Quito con los valles. Una zona residencial de alto crecimiento que se extiende al noroeste como una extensión de la Lotización La Armenia y cuenta con facilidades como son locales comerciales, centros comerciales, planteles educativos y redes viales importantes a 10 minutos. El Grupo Baluarte está a cargo de la construcción y promoción del proyecto. La empresa tiene presencia en el mercado inmobiliario ecuatoriano desde hace 5 años, con gran experiencia en proyectos de esta clase. La propuesta arquitectónica es un diseño moderno. Su fachadacuenta con formas lineales y grandes ventanales, así como colores cálidos que dan amplitud a los ambientes.
