En el centro de Cumbayá se realiza la intervención para desarrollar la conexión de la malla urbana tradicional y así crear los distintos equipamientos de esparcimiento social de las que carece este sector. Por medio de la vivienda se da un encuentro dinámico entre el peatón y las manzanas residenciales con condiciones de privacidad. Los patios se liberan hacia la calle para alivianar el paso hacia el Parque de Cumbayá. Por último la vivienda tapiz ayuda para que el proyecto sea flexible con el entorno y a su vez genere transformaciones entre manzanas.
