La Rectificadora de motores FIALLOS es una organización que brinda el servicio de rectificación de motores en la provincia de Tungurahua, brindando garantía y confianza al cliente como al mecánico automotriz en la reparación del motor a gasolina y diésel. El presente proyecto realizado tiene como finalidad aprovechar al máximo esta área de fisuras de motores, debido a la escases de este servicio en la provincia, el cual es muy importante para las rectificadoras y mecánicas garanticen el trabajo brindado y posteriormente evitar reclamos. Con el estudio de mercado se determina y cuantifica la demanda y la oferta con los métodos de recolección de datos, seguidamente se realiza el estudio técnico, organizacional y por último el financiero, dando resultados favorables como el periodo de recuperación de la inversión es de un año, ocho meses y 16 días, el porcentaje de rendimiento que se dispone es 35,21 %, donde claramente es mayor a la Tmar siendo así muy atractivo para los inversionistas el emprendimiento. Basado en esto la Rectificadora FIALLOS creará un nuevo servicio de comprobación de fisuras o prueba hidrostática de motores con tecnología moderna y actualizada que ayude a cubrir determinado porcentaje de la demanda insatisfecha y al mismo tiempo genere un incremento en el mercado objetivo.
