El trabajo investigativo generado sobre “El acompañamiento familiar y el estado emocional de los servidores públicos jubilados del magisterio del Cantón Pastaza, año 2013”, es dar a conocer en qué condiciones emocionales se hallan al saber que en pocos días pasarán de un estado relación laboral activo a otro, específicamente a estar en un estado pasivo, sin el consiguiente ajetreo de llegar puntual, cumplir un horario, recibir órdenes o darlas, interrelación permanente con funcionarios, etc. La familia también es parte de esa ´psicosis´ pos jubilación, generando sobresaltos, en unos, en otro, simplemente a continuar una vida sedentaria pasiva en su hogar. El acompañamiento de la familia, se destaca como la variable primordial para estar junto a su ser querido y estar preparado para recibirlo permanentemente en el hogar, nótese que el ex servidor público, va a verse abocado a un reducido espacio y su nexo primario será su esposa (o). Esta connotación es vital, ya que debe tomarse en cuenta que guarda relación a los problemas coexistentes dentro del contexto familiar del jubilados influye en la vida emocional cotidiana del trabajador “pasivo”. Es lógico pensarse que luego de estar fuera de su hogar por 40 o más años, genera un impacto, impacto emocional, tanto en el jubilado como en la familia. Por ello el núcleo familiar tiene que estar preparada, firme en su propósito de ser un acompañante y ayudar a sobrellevar una vida pasiva de hogar.
