La presente investigación está realizada con el fin de explicar y determinar la relación existente entre las variables de exportaciones petroleras y su incidencia en el Presupuesto General del Estado, siendo esta ultima la herramienta que representa los ingresos y gastos a efectuarse durante un año, cuya referencia ha formado parte esencial, ya que el ingreso por venta de crudo ha sido al menos un 50% de la estructura económica del país en los años de estudio que es en donde se desenvuelven y surgen efecto los problemas tanto económicos como sociales a los que se ve enfrentado el mercado petrolero y que repercuten en naciones dependientes de sus ingresos y no solo en el Ecuador. Para objeto de estudio se analiza cifras anuales y mensuales propias de los indicadores económicos que un país presenta para conocer su estado actual y en base a dichos análisis emitir conclusiones y posibles recomendaciones que estén encaminadas dentro del campo económico y que servirán para investigaciones futuras en donde se tome referencia las presentes variables.
This research is conducted in order to explain and determine the relationship between the variables of oil exports and its impact on the State Budget, the latter being the tool that represents the income and expenditure carried out over a year, the reference it has formed an essential part, since the income from the sale of crude oil has been at least 50% of the economic structure of the country in the years of study that is where they operate arise effect both economic and social problems that is facing the oil market and affecting their income dependent nations and not only in Ecuador. For under study annual and monthly figures own economic indicators is analyzed that a country has to know its current status and based on these analyzes draw conclusions and possible recommendations are aimed in the economic field and will serve for future research where reference variables take present.
