Caracterización del cumplimiento de Norma ISO 9001-2015 en el sector carrocero de la provincia de Tungurahua

La presente investigación se basará en un estudio para determinar la caracterización en el cumplimiento de las NORMAS ISO 9001-2015 en las empresas carrocera, la importancia de obtener un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para las organizaciones, se basa en un método para un trabajo excelente, en la mejora de la calidad, se convierten en una ventaja competitiva para las organizaciones es por ello que las empresas se interesan por obtener esta certificación para garantizar a sus clientes, la calidad y mejora de sus productos o servicios. Por esta razón se realizó un estudio en la Cámara Nacional de Fabricantes de Carrocerías(CANFAC), que tiene entre sus objetivos fortalecer el sector carrocero, a través de la asistencia, asesoría y capacitación técnica para mejorar la calidad en los productos y la eficiencia en los procesos productivos, como también las promociones en ferias nacionales e internacionales, impulsar la modernización y expansión de la industria metalmecánica, para contribuir con el desarrollo socio-económico del país y la provincia. La metodología que se utilizó fueron los procesos exploratorios, lógicos y sistematizados para un adecuado estudio, y el instrumento que se utilizó para esta investigación fue el cuestionario, este instrumento se lo realizó a los diferentes representantes de las carrocerías de la provincia. Los resultados que se obtuvieron, con la caracterización de la norma ISO 9001:2015 en las empresas carroceras de la provincia de Tungurahua, arrojan que del 100% del estudio que se aplicó en el sector carrocero CANFAC, el 100% de estas organizaciones cuentan con normas ISO 9001. Por lo tanto, se refleja la realidad del sector carrocero en la utilización de las normas ISO 9001:2015, lo que generara un aporte a la sostenibilidad y crecimiento en la calidad de sus productos.
The present investigation will be based on a study to determine the characterization in the fulfillment of the NORMS ISO 9001-2015 in the car body companies, the importance of obtaining a Quality Management System for the organizations, it is based on a method for an excellent work , in the improvement of quality, they become a competitive advantage for organizations, which is why companies are interested in obtaining this certification to guarantee their customers the quality and improvement of their products or services. For this reason a study was carried out in the National Chamber of Bodywork Manufacturers (CANFAC), which has among its objectives to strengthen the bodybuilding sector, through assistance, advice and technical training to improve the quality of products and efficiency in the productive processes, as well as the promotions in national and international fairs, promote the modernization and expansion of the metal-mechanic industry, to contribute to the socio-economic development of the country and the province. The methodology that was used in the exploratory, logical and systematized processes for an adequate study, and the instrument that was used for this investigation was the questionnaire, this instrument was made in different representatives of the bodies of the province. The results obtained, with the characterization of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in bodybuilding companies in the province of Tungurahua, show that of 100% of the study that was applied in the CANFAC bodybuilding sector, 100% of these organizations have ISO 9001 standards. Therefore, the reality of the bodybuilding sector is reflected in the use of ISO 9001: 2015 standards, which will generate a contribution to sustainability and growth in the quality of its products.
