La forma de dosificar las medicinas cuya producción requiere de técnicas modernas obliga en la actualidad a tener máquinas con un alto nivel tecnológico, este trabajo presenta la automatización del sistema de empaquetado de blísters en la farmacéutica PROPHAR. Se migro de PLC por un autómata que posea un diseño escalable y flexible con puerto Ethernet para comunicación entre dispositivos, sus entradas y salidas de alta velocidad deben controlar un encoder y motor a pasos de la máquina para la dosificación de blísters, se configuró una interfaz gráfica que le permite al usuario interactuar con las variables en tiempo real a través del HMI, además se puede monitorear y controlar la máquina remotamente desde la página web. Se optimizó el proceso de empaquetado con la disminución del tiempo, haciendo posible que la máquina pueda empaquetar 20 cajas por minuto, lo que para el personal capacitado es muy complejo de realizarlo en forma manual, aumentando la producción en un 300%. ABSTRACT The form of dosing the medicines whose production requires of technical modern, forces at the present time to have machines with a technological high-level, this work presents the automation of the system of blísters packaging in the pharmaceutical PROPHAR. PLC was migrated for an automaton that possesses a scalable and flexible design with port Ethernet for communication between devices, their high-speed input and output they should control an encoder and motor to steps of the machine for the blísters dosage, a graphic interface was configured that allows the user to interact with the variables in real time through the HMI, also can monitor and control the machine remotely from the page web. The packaging process was optimized with the decrease of the time, making possible that the machine can pack 20 boxes per minute, what is very complex for the qualified personnel of carrying out it in form manual, improving the production in 300%.
