El problema objeto de estudio, radica en que la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Campesina “COOPAC” situada en el cantón Ambato. La institución se ve afectada por un incremento de morosidad en su cartera de créditos; una vez ejecutada la investigación se determinó que la falta de seguimiento post-crédito se ha convertido en una de las principales causas al problema en estudio, se identificó que al momento de la colocación de créditos, el departamento deja a sus socios totalmente solos en el manejo empírico del crédito, sin tener un adecuado seguimiento, monitoreo y evaluación del crédito otorgado. Afectando la liquidez de la empresa y por ende su rendimiento operativo.
The problem under study is based on the credit union Compazine "COOPAC" located in Canton Ambato. The institution is affected by an increase in defaults on its loan portfolio; After running the investigation established that the lack of post-loan monitoring has become one of the main causes of the problem under study, it was identified that at the time of placement of loans, the department leaves its partners totally alone with an empirical credit management, without proper monitoring, monitoring and evaluation of the credit granted. Affecting the liquidity of the company and therefore its operating performance. It is important that the institution routed efforts to managerial and administrative management, after applying best practices that promote proper management of the appropriations. By collecting information from primary sources such as interviews and survey credit committee made the 185 members of the cooperative, it was determined that it does not have a suitable training takes a post-credit study, limited only to the granting and recovery when being in arrears, ignoring the other hand the procedure for the recovery of portfolio, causing internal problems. Therefore, an indicator of liquidity that resulted can cover a 29.33% in Demand Deposits and Deposits with the amount that has both cooperative and Investments Available Funds applied. To avoid these problems was unveiled that is, the features and benefits of the PERLAS monitoring system to propose its implementation, since the information generated through this system will allow objective and comparative rankings facilitating control to supervisor.
