El objetivo del presente proyecto de investigación es la implementación de un Control Interno al Inventario. A fin de que sus operaciones se lleven a cabo con eficiencia y eficacia, originar información confiable; y alcanzar el cumplimiento de leyes y reglamentos vigentes en la entidad y sociedad. Para llevar a cabo este objetivo, hemos tomado los conceptos emitidos por el Comité de Organizaciones Patrocinadoras de la Comisión Treadway, (COSO) el cual divide al control interno en cinco componentes básicos es así como se llevó a cabo al desarrollo de mi proyecto de investigación. En esta investigación se encuentra la información básica acerca de Ferretería Noble, y los conceptos básicos de Control Interno. Se elaboró un diagnóstico de control sobre el manejo del inventario y así posteriormente en base a este diagnóstico se implementaron distinto mecanismos de control. Desarrollándose las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones referentes a la formulación e implementación de un adecuado control interno.
The aim of this research project is to implement an internal control to inventory. To ensure that its operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, result in reliable information; and achieve compliance with laws and regulations in force in the state and society. To carry out this goal, we have taken the concepts adopted by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) which divides internal control into five basic components is how it was carried out to develop my research project. This research is the basic information about Noble Hardware and basic concepts of Internal Control. A diagnosis of control over inventory management and so later this diagnosis based on different control mechanisms were implemented was developed. Developing the respective conclusions and recommendations on the formulation and implementation of adequate internal control
