La presente investigación tuvo por objeto determinar la relación entre la resiliencia y el síndrome de burnout en profesionales de la salud del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social Ambato, dentro del estudio en el primer capítulo se puede observar el problema de investigación con un análisis de contextualización macro, meso y micro, así también la justificación y objetivos planteados. En el segundo capítulo se puede encontrar el marco teórico donde se detalla las investigaciones previas y el componente teórico de las variables que se trataron en la investigación. El tercer capítulo presenta el marco metodológico, donde señala la metodología utilizada, las fórmulas de muestreo y la descripción de batería de test empleados. El cuarto capítulo comprende los resultados obtenidos con sus respectivas tablas y figuras correspondientes a cada variable así como la comprobación de la hipótesis a través del Chi 2. En el último capítulo se encuentran las conclusiones y recomendaciones en base a los objetivos planteados en el estudio.
The present investigation was designed to determinate the relation between, resilience and burnout syndrome on health professionals of the Institute Ecuadorian Social Security of Ambato.. We can observe the first chapter that contains the problema of the investigation, analysis in context like macro, meso and micro. It also includes justification and planned objetives. In the second chapter we can find the theory in which there is detailed information of the investigation and theorical components of each variables. In the third chapter details the methodological framework by informing the metodology used, ways to obtain the simple, the description of the battery test. In chapter fourth conains the results of each variable, statistical tables, figures and hypothesis testing base on Chi 2. Finally, in the last chapter, there are conclusions and recomendations focused on the planned objetives.
