El presente trabajo de investigación con el tema “los componentes terapéuticos empleados en la medicina tradicional y farmacológica”, el cual fue realizado en las comunidades de Pasa, Pilahuin y Salasaka, cuyo objetivo principal fue identificar los componentes terapéuticos empleados en el tratamiento de medicina tradicional. El proyecto de investigación se realizó mediante un método cualicuantitativo, no experimental, cuya muestra se realizó al personal médico de los centros de salud y a la población de las comunidades de Pasa, Pilahuin y Salasaka, los mismos que fueron entrevistados y encuestados paulatinamente, mediante el método descriptivo, correccional de campo y exploratorio. Se realizó la entrevista semiestructurada a las diversas comunidades, donde se determinó por grupos focales de manera aleatoria, sin ninguna discriminación, la cual se ejecutó a través de grabaciones y el consentimiento informado, en la cual se enfatizó que la información obtenida por parte de los moradores será totalmente anónima. Al personal médico de los centros de salud se les realizaron entrevistas estructuradas, la cual fue por medio de una encuesta de 6 preguntas abiertas y cerradas. En el trabajo de investigación se identificó los componentes terapéuticos, como principal opción, las plantas medicinales, seguido así de especies animales y el espiritualismo, donde se interpretó que, en las comunidades de Pasa, Pilahuin y Salasaka al momento de presentarse enfermedades agudas acuden a preparar infusiones con plantas medicinales, si las personas se agravaran, de inmediato acuden a la farmacología, utilizando analgésicos, antipiréticos antiinflamatorios.

The semi-structured interview was carried out to the different communities, where it was determined by focus groups in a random way, without any discrimination, which was executed through the recordings and the informed consent, in which it was emphasized that the information obtained by the dwellers is totally anonymous. The medical staff of the health centers is responsible for the structured consultations, which is by means of a survey of 6 open and closed questions. In the research work the therapeutic components were identified, as the main option, medicinal plants, followed by animal species and spiritualism, where it is interpreted that, in the communities of Pasa, Pilahuin and Salasaka at the time of presentation, acute diseases they go to prepare infusions with medicinal plants, if people get worse, they immediately go to the pharmacology, using analgesics, antipyretics anti-inflammatory.
