El trabajo de investigación titulado: “EL DERECHO HUMANO AL AGUA Y LA DISTRIBUCIÓN DEL RECURSO HIDRICO EN EL CANAL DE RIEGO PÍLLARO RAMAL SUR EL ROSARIO”, Este trabajo de investigación contiene aspectos relevantes que guardan relación con el derecho humano al agua el cual consta como un derecho inalienable e irrenunciable, el cual es amparada constitucionalmente; así como también se realiza un breve análisis de la distribución del recursos, el cual es además garantizado como lo establece la declaración universal de los derechos humanos y la influencia que tuvo este en el Ecuador en materia de derechos humanos, así mismo se realiza un análisis de la problemática y los acontecimientos sociales surgidos tanto a nivel provincial sino más bien a nivel cantonal en base a las necesidades de los habitantes que hacen uso de tal, en el Ecuador en torno a la distribución inequitativa, a la contaminación y el acaparamiento del agua, se hace hincapié sobre la falta del recurso por falta de atención de las autoridades competentes; así como también se realiza un análisis en cuanto a la distribución de tal recurso en los canales de distribución el cual ayuda mucho en el sector agrícola. Este trabajo se ha enfocado a la posibilidad que existe dentro de la relación dinámica entre el Estado y la sociedad en general con respecto a la gestión del recurso hídrico
The research paper entitled "THE HUMAN RIGHT TO WATER AND DISTRIBUTION IN WATER RESOURCES IRRIGATION CANAL BRANCH SOUTH EL ROSARIO Píllaro" This research has important aspects that relate to the human right to water which comprises as an inalienable right, which is constitutionally protected; as well as a brief analysis of the distribution of resources, which is also guaranteed as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the influence he had this in Ecuador on human rights is also performed, also an analysis is performed of the problems and social events arising both at the provincial level but rather at the cantonal level based on the needs of people who use such in Ecuador about the inequitable distribution, pollution and hoarding water , it emphasizes the lack of appeal for lack of attention of the competent authorities; and an analysis was also made as to the distribution of such resource distribution channels which helps a lot in the agricultural sector. This work has focused on the possibility that exists within the dynamic relationship between state and society in general regarding the management of water resources.
