La investigación realizada sobre el tema: “Los Indicadores de Gestión y la Toma de Decisiones en el Sector Calzado Del Cantón Cevallos”tiene como objetivo mostrar el impacto positivo, que causaría la utilización de los indicadores de gestión para mejorar la toma de decisiones de la administración del sector calzado. Es muy importante recalcar que, contar con adecuadas herramientas de medición y control; en este caso los indicadores de gestión, puede ayudar al cumplimiento de metas y objetivos de las organizaciones así como a la toma de decisiones adecuadas. Las organizaciones deben conocer a fondo todo sobre los indicadores de eficiencia, eficacia y calidad ya que esto les permitirá optimizar sus recursos, lograr los resultados propuestos y lo más importante la satisfacción del cliente. La finalidad de un cálculo adecuado de los recursos utilizados mediante la utilización de herramientas de medición, es obtener el valor real de los insumos utilizados en la producción, y determinar la inversión efectiva del bien.
