El presente Análisis de Caso analiza la gestión de los recursos financieros del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural Huachi Grande y por ende si se está cumpliendo con los objetivos programados. Para el cumplimiento de esta investigación es de importancia el monto asignado por el Ministerio de Finanzas que es la fuente de mayor ingreso dentro de la administración lo cual permite satisfacer las necesidades y que de acuerdo a la gestión se puede lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos. Por tal motivo se inicia con los principales problemas que son: la Inadecuada gestión de recursos financieros esto provoca la pérdida de recursos, el desconocimiento de normas sobre gestión resulta la Inaplicabilidad de herramientas, la deficiente planificación conlleva al incumplimiento de los objetivos y la captación inadecuada de los ingresos de autogestión implica tener ingresos limitados
The present research project analyzes the management of the financial resources of the Resource Autonomous, Decentralized Rural Parish of Grande and therefore if it is fulfilling the programmed objectives. For the fulfillment of this investigation, the amount allocated by the Ministry of Finance that is the source of the highest income within the administration is important, which allows meeting the needs and according to the management, compliance with the objectives can be achieved. For this reason it begins with the main problems that are: the inadequate management of financial resources this causes the loss of resources, ignorance of management standards results in the inapplicability of tools, poor planning leads to failure to meet the objectives and inadequate recruitment of income from self-management implies having limited income
