El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo investigar y determinar la incidencia de la División sexual del trabajo en el Centro de Desarrollo y Educación Especial “El Ángel”. Como también analizar la distribución de roles laborales, según sexo y al mismo tiempo establecer las percepciones que tiene el personal con respecto a la distribución de roles de trabajo, esto se lo ha podido demostrar de forma técnica frente a esta problemática, se sensibilizará a hombres y mujeres como una estrategia para alcanzar la equidad en la distribución de trabajo. Partimos de contextualizar el problema en el marco del estudio sobre la división sexual del trabajo desde una perspectiva de género y los roles de género asignados a hombres y mujeres cultural e históricamente lo cual genera inequidades de género
This paper aims to investigate and determine the incidence of labor sexual division at the Center for Development and Special Education "El Angel". Also, analyze the distribution of labor roles, according gender, and establish the perceptions that have the staff regarding the distribution of work roles. It has been demonstrated in a technical way in relation to this problem, it will sensitize men and women as a strategy to achieve equity in the distribution of work. We started by contextualizing the problem in the study on the labor sexual division according a gender perspective and gender roles assigned culturally and historically to men and women which generate gender inequalities
