Realizar acción social es una tarea fundamental para insertar a la sociedad, de manera adecuada, a toda persona que de uno u otro modo necesita hacer ejercer sus derechos de ciudadano. De este modo se trabaja no sólo para mejorar sus condiciones de vida, sino también para fortalecer en el país, el capital humano. El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo determinar cómo a través de la gestión social se puede manejar y dar alternativas de solución a los conflictos que se presentan entre personas privadas de la libertad (PPL). Para abordar el tema se partió de la investigación bibliográfico-documental y de campo, así como también, de la experiencia obtenida por la autora, dentro del Centro de Rehabilitación Social Ambato (CRSA). El nivel de investigación fue exploratorio-descriptivo y de asociación de variables, se utilizó, la encuesta como instrumento de verificación de hipótesis, con una muestra de 30 PPL, pabellón mujeres sentenciadas.Social management is a fundamental task to insert society, properly, everyone who in one way or another need to be exercising their rights of citizen. The present investigation aims to determine how through social management can handle and provide alternative solutions to the conflicts that arise between persons deprived of liberty (PPL). To address the issue he left bibliographic - document research and field, as well as, the experience gained by the author, within the Centre of Social Rehabilitation Ambato (CRSA). The level of investigation was exploratory - descriptive and association of variables, was used, the survey as a tool for verification of hypotheses, with a sample of 30 PPL, pavilion convicted women.
