En el presente análisis se lleva a cabo un estudio sobre el inadecuado control administrativo en la empresa FABITEX, y de qué manera esto incide en la rentabilidad; en el análisis se pudo evidenciar un déficit en su control administrativo y la falta de comunicación al personal sobre las políticas y objetivos de la empresa que han ocasionado que el crecimiento y desarrollo de la empresa decrezca. La aplicación de un adecuado control administrativo permitirá supervisar y analizar la evolución de la organización, asegurándose de que se dirija hacia sus metas establecidas, el oportuno control sobre la organización permitirá controlar que los proyectos que se establezcan tengan éxito mediante la detección oportuna de falencias que se presente en la misma y proporcionar una base para tomar la acción necesaria y para corregir las desviaciones, permitiendo optimizar la rentabilidad. El empleo oportuno de una herramienta de control permitirá mejorar la administración de la empresa así como su rentabilidad, el cuadro de mando integral se ha caracterizado por ser una herramienta útil en la gestión empresarial, el cual sirve de apoyo para medir la actividad y resultados de la empresa desde una perspectiva diferente y visionaria, logrando que la empresa cumpla con sus expectativas y metas planteadas.
