La presente investigación hace referencia a la realidad que está atravesando la Escuela Municipal Rumiñahui, la cual basada en el plan de mejora de dicha institución, como es la falta de intercambio y conocimientos, lectura y experiencias entre docentes en el ámbito educativo; planteando así el problema de estudio cuyo objetivo es determinar la incidencia de la utilización de un blog educativo como recurso didáctico en el desarrollo de habilidades lectoras, procurando que los estudiantes sean protagonistas de una educación transformadora mediante la utilización de la tecnología . Por esto es necesario que los maestros que son los pilares fundamentales de la educación, estén debidamente capacitados para que puedan utilizar nuevos métodos y recursos tecnológicos. En este proyecto se elabora la guía para la utilización de un blog educativo y lograr de esta manera desarrollar habilidades lectoras en los estudiantes de la institución.
This research refers to the reality that is facing the Rumiñahui Municipal School, which based on the improvement plan of the institution, such as the lack of exchange and knowledge, reading and experience among teachers in education; thus raising the problem of study aimed at determining the incidence of the use of an educational blog as a teaching resource in the development of reading skills, ensuring that students are protagonists of a transformative education through the use of technology. Therefore it is necessary that teachers are the fundamental pillars of education are properly trained to effectively use new methods and technological resources. This project is developed to guide the use of an educational blog and thus achieve develop reading skills in students of the institution.
