¨La Estimulación Temprana en el recién nacido prematuro en el ámbito hospitalario¨ tema que tuvo como objetivo general Determinar el impacto de la Estimulación Temprana en los recién nacidos prematuros del servicios de neonatología del Hospital Provincial General Latacunga y como objetivos específicos Investigar las técnicas de Estimulación Temprana aplicadas en el ámbito hospitalario, Evaluar el desarrollo de los recién nacidos prematuros del área de cuidados intensivos de neonatología y Describir la evolución de los recién nacidos prematuros del servicios de neonatología que reciben Estimulación Temprana. Se trabajó con una población de 50 recién nacidos prematuros, tiene un enfoque cuantitativo. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la técnica de observación, recopilación de datos y como instrumento la escala de valoración Myla, para determinar el grado de evolución de desarrollo de los niños ingresados versus el alta, obteniendo como resultados que la Estimulación si influye en el desarrollo de los niños recién nacidos prematuros del Hospital General Provincial Latacunga.
The present investigation was developed on the theme "Early Stimulation in the premature newborn in the hospital setting" theme whose general objective was to determine the impact of early stimulation in premature newborns of the neonatology services of the Provincial General Latacunga Hospital and as specific objectives To investigate the techniques of early stimulation applied in the hospital environment, to evaluate the development of premature newborns in the intensive care area of neonatology and to describe the evolution of premature newborns of the neonatology services receiving early stimulation. We worked with a population of 50 live preterm newborns, this research has a qualitative-quantitative approach. For the collection of information, the technique of observation, data collection and as instrument was used the Myla assessment scale, to determine the degree of evolution of development of children admitted versus discharge, obtaining as a result that Stimulation if it influences the development of premature infants in the General Provincial Hospital Latacunga.
