El presente trabajo de investigación pretende generar, y establecer nuevas formas de transmitir conocimientos durante el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, a través del manejo de un MOOC (Curso en Línea Masivo y Abierto) orientado al aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la modalidad semipresencial de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la Educación de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato, ya que la educación es una sociedad caracterizada por un desarrollo tecnológico avanzado. El uso de estas nuevas herramientas tecnológicas que ofrece el Internet plataformas virtuales entre otras proveen a los estudiantes de espacio virtual y la aplicación de un ambiente de aprendizaje colaborativo, donde interactúan comparten información y se convierten en miembros de una comunidad virtual desarrollando la investigación y comunicación a través del Internet obteniendo logros de aprendizaje. Los docentes deben ser los primeros en aceptar el uso de esta nueva herramienta tecnológica MOOC e impulsar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.
This research aims to create and establish new ways of transmitting knowledgein the process of learning, through the management of a MOOC (Massive Online Course and Open) oriented learning Distance learning students of the Faculty of Humanities and Education, Technical University of Ambato, since education is a society characterized by an advanced technological development. The use of these new technological tools provided by the Internet, among other virtual platforms provide students with virtual space and implementing a collaborative learning environment where they interact, share information and become members of a virtual community to develop research and communication through the internet obtaining achievements in learning. Teachers should be the first to accept the use of this new technological tool MOOC and boost student learning.
