The present investigation with the theme "The Impact of the Management Audit in the Financial Statements for the Making of Decisions in the Company Textiles Gutiérrez Gutman Cía. Ltda. "Is a reality of the company, which generates a great interest on the part of the owners, and in short all the personnel who work in the same, being a research that focuses on how the management of the high commands influences the validation of the financial information, so that the decision making is adequate and promotes the growth of the company within the Textile field, or in turn helps to detect errors in time and in a timely manner reducing in this way the risk of reduce its profitability due to bad decision making by the incorrect handling of the financial information. For the development of the present investigation we argue in subjects related to the Audit of Management in the Financial Statements and the Decision Making, in the same way we analyzed the opinions of the personnel that work within Company to support the problematic of study, of the which is a solution to the research problem exposed the performance of a Management Audit to the Financial Statements of the Company Gutman Cía. Ltda.
La presente investigación con el tema “El Impacto de la Auditoría de Gestión en los Estados Financieros para la Toma de Decisiones en la Empresa Textiles Gutiérrez Gutman Cía. Ltda.” es una realidad de la empresa, la misma que genera un gran interés por parte de los propietarios, y en fin todo el personal que labora en la misma, al ser una investigación que se enfoca en como la gestión de los altos mandos influye en la validación de la información financiera, para que la toma de decisiones sea la adecuada y promueva el crecimiento de la empresa dentro del ámbito Textil, o a su vez ayude a detectar errores a tiempo y de manera oportuna disminuyendo de esta forma el riesgo de reducir su rentabilidad debido a la mala toma de decisiones por el incorrecto manejo de la información financiera. Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación nos argumentamos en temas relacionados a la Auditoria de Gestión en los Estados Financieros y la Toma de Decisiones, de la misma manera se analizó las opiniones del personal que labora dentro Empresa para respaldar la problemática de estudio, de la misma que se plantea como solución al problema de investigación expuesto la realización de una Auditoria de Gestión.
