總結:The thesis entitled: CHILDREN'S LITERATURE AS A DIDACTIC STRATEGY TO STRENGTHEN THE ORAL LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL KIDS OF THE DECEMBER 25TH BASIC GENERAL SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF LOJA, ACADEMIC PERIOD 2018-2019, it has as a general objective: determinate if children’s literature, as a didactic strategy, exert a significant influence to strengthen the development of oral language. The participants which took part of the investigation were 15 kids at the elementary level. The variables measured were: Children’s Literature and Oral Language; through the methods: scientific, descriptive, inductive, deductive, statistical, analytical and synthetic. The tools applied were: an observation sheet and the María Melgar Test. The results of the observation sheet show that the teacher uses a simple and direct language, the kids understand orders and comments without any problem; however, with respect to the ambience, it was evident the limitations, among them: the school does not have a library, inside the classroom, it is lacking a corner with literature texts for kids; furthermore, the teacher doesn’t use Children’s Literature in her daily planning. With respect to the results of the pretest María Melgar: 53% of kids, could not pronounce properly; whereas that, 47% it was able to pronounce the integrated phonemes of the words. After the intervention and execution of the alternative proposal “Voices”, it was obtained an improvement in the results: 97% it was able to pronounce the integrated phonemes of the words, whereas that, 3% could not do it. Finally, it was concluded that, Children’s Literature significantly manages to stimulate and strengthen various skills and abilities of Oral Language (distortions, omissions and phoneme additions) in the kids of elementary level, of the December 25th Basic General School.
