要約:One of the most important physiological needs of the human being is food, therefore today the gastronomic offer is a very profitable business. The present project of entrepreneurship is based on the business model of a restaurant, whose geographical location lies in the rural parish San Juan del Cantón Puebloviejo. The descriptive methodology was applied for the gathering of information necessary in the realization of the project. To validate the idea of the business model, the strategic tool CANVAS was used, which allowed the analysis of each business area as they are; customers, offers, infrastructure and economic viability. Entrepreneurship is considered feasible because the results obtained at the market, technical, operational, financial, environmental and social level, demonstrate positive expectations that guarantee customer satisfaction and business growth.
