Design and application of a data warehouse to provide tourism information of Ecuador for travel agencies, during the first term of 2009

Description: Nowadays, the update and easy access of any kind of data is really important in the development of all work area; that is the reason why almost all the years the automation of information is growing in multiples ways. No all the companies or industries in Ecuador can supply software that help them in the information area because those are very expensive and also don t have the knowledge to manage the software. This is one of the reasons of an unfair competence in a business relation, that produce problems when two or more companies are selling a product or a service to customers. Between the new technologies, almost all the industries has to be in a continuous change, to get a good production, that is why Data warehouse is one of the most important that offers solutions to any kind of information problems. And has no problems to be applied in many areas, in this case, it will be used to give solutions to Tourism Area.
