El software GeoGebra como recurso para la ense?anza de la Integral definida: Una propuesta did?ctica

El presente trabajo muestra los resultados obtenidos de una propuesta did?ctica con los alumnos que toman la asignatura de Matem?ticas del tercer a?o del Bachillerato General Unificado de la Unidad Educativa Presidente Jaime Rold?s del cant?n La Troncal-Ecuador, durante el a?o lectivo 2020-2021. En esta propuesta se utiliz? el software GeoGebra como recurso para la ense?anza del tema de Integrales definidas. La metodolog?a aplicada durante la investigaci?n es cuantitativa con un enfoque descriptivo, las variables de investigaci?n son la motivaci?n que fue medida con una encuesta de percepci?n y el conocimiento adquirido que se midi? mediante una prueba de conocimientos. Las conclusiones principales se?alan que utilizar el software GeoGebra favorece la comprensi?n de los conceptos de la integral definida en los estudiantes, puesto que les permite visualizar de una mejor manera el proceso realizado, lo que aumenta la motivaci?n por aprender este tema complejo de la matem?tica. Finalmente, estos resultados demuestran que el Software GeoGebra es una herramienta ?til para la ense?anza sobre todo en estos momentos de pandemia donde la educaci?n virtual prevalece en todas las instituciones educativas del pa?s.
This work shows the results obtained from a didactic experience with the students of Mathematics of the third year of the General Unified Baccalaureate of the President Jaime Roldos Educational Unit of the canton La Troncal-Ecuador, during the 2019-2020 school year. In this experience, the GeoGebra software was used as a resource for teaching the subject of definite integrals. The methodology applied during the research is quantitative with a descriptive approach, the research variables are the motivation that was measured with a perception survey and the knowledge acquired that was measured through a knowledge test. The main conclusions indicate that using the GeoGebra software favors the understanding of the concepts of the definite integral in students, since it allows them to better visualize the process carried out, which increases the motivation to learn this complex subject of mathematics. These results show that the GeoGebra Software is a useful tool for teaching especially in these moments in which, due to the pandemic caused by Covid, virtual education prevails in all educational institutions in the country.
