En la ?poca actual, se concibe que la escuela es un ser vivo que est? en constante movimiento e integrada por sujetos que se interrelacionan entre s? dando sentido a los conceptos de desarrollo integral y hol?stico de los actores educativos. Es preciso plantear condiciones que sostengan a la escuela que so?amos, permiti?ndole caminar hacia su horizonte. Una escuela que forme seres humanos y humanice todas sus acciones, logrando dar sentido al acompa?amiento pedag?gico como condici?n para generar actitudes de liderazgo y desarrollo en docentes, estudiantes, autoridades. Cabe mencionar que el acompa?amiento pedag?gico es un proceso de crecimiento humano y profesional en donde los saberes permiten establecer relaciones horizontales y los aprendizajes construidos sean participativos. Provocar cambios dentro de la escuela, debe motivar la reflexi?n dentro del acompa?amiento pedag?gico como pilar de la gesti?n escolar, gesti?n del aula y la construcci?n de la escuela que so?amos. Por otro lado, el acompa?amiento pedag?gico puede ser considerado como estrategia para organizar los grupos de inter-aprendizaje entre los actores educativos, que se motivan y apoyan de manera mutua logrando as? aprendizajes significativos y reflexivos. Los grupos de inter aprendizaje como estrategia motivadora para reconocer fortalezas y debilidades en la gesti?n del docente y puente para la reflexi?n en el quehacer educativo.
In the current time, it is conceived that the school is a living being that is in constant movement and integrated by subjects that interrelate among themselves giving meaning to a development of integral and holistic concepts of the educational actors. It is necessary to establish conditions that sustain the school we dream for, allowing it to walk towards it?s horizon. A school that trains human beings and humanizes all their actions, managing to make sense of the pedagogical accompaniment as a condition to generate leadership and develop attitudes in teachers, students, and authorities. It is worth mentioning that the pedagogical accompaniment is a process of human and professional growth where the knowledge allows to establish horizontal relationships and the learned learning is participatory. Provoke changes within the school, should motivate the reflection within the pedagogical accompaniment as a pillar of school management, classroom management and the construction of the school we dream of. On the other hand, pedagogical accompaniment can be considered as a strategy to organize the inter-learning groups among the educational actors, who motivate and support each other in a meaningful and reflective way. Interaction learning groups as a motivating strategy for recognize strengths and weaknesses in teacher management and bridge for reflection in educational work.
